We are a registered and licensed RERA real estate brokerage seeking experienced agents to join our team on a commission-only basis.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales or leasing in Bahrain
• Commission-based only (high and competitive commission structure)
• Must have own car
• Must have a smartphone capable of taking high-quality photos and videos of properties
• Strong knowledge of social media posting and online property marketing
• Ability to manage listings, client follow-ups, and negotiations independently
• Agents must be legally allowed to work in Bahrain and have a valid residence permit
• Any nationality can apply
• Fluent in English, (Arabic is a plus)

• Applicants must be willing to work on commission-only (no salary or visa provided)
