Opening:
Real Estate General Manager.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise Required:
• Overall management of real estate and construction-related operations
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
o Marketing & Sales Strategy
o Business Development
o Finance & Budgeting
o Property / Asset Management
• Proven experience in the Construction field is mandatory
• Ability to lead the business strategically and operationally at a senior management level
Nationality Preference:
• Primary preference: Turkish Nationality
• Secondary option: Jordanian Nationality (only if a suitable Turkish candidate is not available)
