Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive multitasker with excellent communication skills who can create a positive and lasting first impression for all guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidate must be locally available and have an active working permit which is transferrable.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (preferred, but not always essential for entry-level).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and hands-on experience with office equipment (printers, fax machines, multi-line phone systems).
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
A professional attitude and appearance, with strong customer service skills.
Ability to be resourceful, proactive, and calm when issues or high-pressure situations arise.
