Description
We are seeking a Receptionist who can join immediately and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls Handle inquiries and provide accurate
information
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
Coordinate with internal departments as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Well-groomed, polite, and customer-focused Ability to multitask
Office timing: 9.00AM to 5.30PM
