Description
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls
Manage appointments and schedules
Handle emails and basic office tasks
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Good organizational abilities
Previous experience is a plus but not required
