Description
We are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team at a busy hotel and apartments building.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing bookings, handling inquiries, and providing support to other hotel staff.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and check-in/check-out guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
Handle reservations, both over the phone and in person
Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local attractions
Manage phone calls and emails professionally
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and welcoming
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and processing payments
Support the hotel staff as needed and work as part of a team
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (knowledge of hotel management software is a plus)
Must be reliable, organized, and professional
