Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, manage calls, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Provide general information to clients, customers, and staff
Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Handle office supplies and maintain inventory
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries
Ensure a positive, professional atmosphere in the office at all times

Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred
Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
