Job Description:

• Greeting and assisting visitors.
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
• Managing and scheduling appointments or meetings.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
• Providing general administrative support.
• Assisting with other office tasks as required.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in office software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Familiarity with office management procedures.
• Age between 23-30 Yrs.
