Description
We are looking for a friendly and well-presented Receptionist to manage front desk operations in our Dubai office.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience while handling administrative support duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a polite and timely manner.
Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, tidy, and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Provide basic information about the company and services to visitors.
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor needs or inquiries.
Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk representative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
