Receptionist Wanted – 4 STAR HOTEL GROUP
Candidate Must have experience in this same field Minimum 2 to 3 year

Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests professionally
Handle check-in and check-out procedures
Answer phone calls and manage guest inquiries
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness
Assist guests with bookings, requests, and local information
Ensure guest satisfaction and provide excellent service
Requirements:
Experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
Presentable, confident, and polite
Basic computer and booking system knowledge is an advantage
Age limit: Maximum 35 years
Ready to join immediately or on short notice
