We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment, while also supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Maintain and organize office records and documents.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other office activities.
Monitor office supplies inventory and handle procurement when necessary.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
Assist with general office maintenance and facility-related tasks.
