Description

We are seeking an experienced and efficient Female Receptionist cum Administrator to join our new office in Qudaybiyah, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be the face of the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions while delivering excellent customer service to all visitors and clients. The candidate must be well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.

Administrative Duties

Manage office supplies, inventory, and ensure timely reordering.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and couriers.
Maintain office records, filing systems, and databases.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for staff.
Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and clients as necessary.
Manage petty cash and basic bookkeeping tasks, if required.
