We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with excellent customer service
• Manage office reception duties, including scheduling and paperwork
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred)
• Experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Friendly, professional, and well-presented personality
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
