Description
Key Responsibilities
• Greet clients, manage incoming calls, and handle daily office correspondence.
• Assist customers with inquiries, service information, and actively work toward sales targets.
• Maintain organized filing systems, prepare reports, and manage office supplies.
• Schedule appointments and act as the first point of contact for the business.
Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written English skills are mandatory.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage (plus).
• Previous experience in office administration or a sales-oriented role is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
