Age : Within 35
Qualification : MBA graduate
Experience : 7-8 years
Must have good communication Skills in english.
Must be smart and have good personality.
5-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Demonstrated success in headhunting passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter , Indeed , various job portals
Represent the company professionally in candidate outreach and networking
Oversee and improve recruitment processes and metrics
