Description
We are seeking experienced and driven Recruitment Managers to lead and execute our hiring strategies across departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in headhunting, a passion for talent acquisition, and experience within the real estate or construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments
Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and hiring needs
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and direct outreach
Proactively identify and engage top talent using LinkedIn and other platforms
Lead interview processes, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
Requirements
Minimum 6 -8years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Proven experience in headhunting and LinkedIn sourcing
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the real estate or construction industry is highly preferred
