About the Role

Al Yousuf Operations and Maintenance Company (AYOMCO) is seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Specialist to support our talent acquisition activities. The role involves sourcing, headhunting, and managing end-to-end recruitment across Oil & Gas, Construction, EPC, Facilities Management (FM), MEP, and other sectors, covering both technical and professional positions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Execute proactive headhunting strategies to identify candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and project demands.

Prepare and manage job postings, advertisements, and candidate communications.

Schedule interviews, support offer negotiations, and follow up with selected candidates.

Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.

Requirements

Freshers with relevant recruitment exposure in India or home-country experience are welcome.

Prior experience in recruiting for Oil & Gas, Construction, EPC, FM, or MEP sectors is an advantage.

Strong understanding of recruitment channels and sourcing techniques.

Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

GCC experience, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
