Description
Looking for a locally available recruiter with 7+ years proven experience in Local & Overseas Recruitment to manage full-cycle hiring, HRMS onboarding, and training coordination.
You’ll Handle
• Recruitment: Source & hire local + overseas candidates
• HRMS Onboarding: Employee data entry, contract generation, and digital joining formalities
• Training: Coordinate inductions & new hire training programs
Must-Haves
• Minimum 5+ years in local & overseas recruitment
• Hands-on experience with HRMS onboarding systems
• Immediately available in Khobar with transferable Iqama
