Description
Wesatah is looking for a Remote Operations Assistant to support daily business operations, client coordination, and digital workflows in a work-from-home model. The role is commission-based with performance incentives, suitable for someone disciplined, organized, and comfortable working online.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle emails and inquiries, organize information, and update records in Excel/Zoho.
Coordinate tasks, follow up with clients and suppliers, and maintain WhatsApp / call communication logs.
Prepare basic documents, quotations, and reports using Word, Excel, and PDF (Adobe Acrobat Pro).
Support online meetings, remote sessions (UltraViewer/Google Meet), and maintain shared files on Google Drive/OneDrive.
Assist in updating website/posts (WordPress) and basic data entry into internal systems or CRMs.
Track tasks and deadlines, report daily/weekly status to the operations manager.
