Description
We are looking for a Reservation Agent to join our travel agency. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in handling flight and hotel bookings and be familiar with IATA systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process flight, hotel, and holiday bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Issue tickets, rebook, and handle cancellations and refunds in compliance with IATA regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face communication.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Maintain updated knowledge of travel regulations, airline policies, and promotional offers.
• Work closely with the team to meet sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel and ticketing.
• Proficient in using IATA systems and GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
