Description
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure a high-quality dining experience for guests.
The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure excellent service
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with regulations
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints effectively
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control
Ensure cost control and profitability by managing budgets and expenses
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract customers
Maintain a positive work environment and motivate the team to achieve goals
Prepare regular reports on sales, operations, and staff performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role in F&B
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
Working Conditions:
Restaurant environment with frequent interaction with staff and guests
Shift-based role with evening, weekend, and holiday work as required
