Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and a memorable guest experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain high performance and morale.
• Implement and monitor SOPs for service, hygiene, safety, and quality.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control to achieve financial targets.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and develop strategies to boost revenue and footfall.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and special events.
• Handle customer feedback with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare daily reports, staff schedules, and operational documentation.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role (casual or upscale dining).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proven track record of improving sales, team performance, and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of POS systems, stock management, and F&B reporting tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
