Key Responsibilities:

Managing employees and hiring new employees
Responsible for suppliers
Ensure that all municipal requirements are followed
Calculating the food cost
Proficient in using Foodics program
Proficient in daily closing, and sales reports
Can develop profit and lost and budgeting
Inventory management
Increasing sales and profit
Managing multiple branches
