Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
Develop strategies and set goals to drive growth.
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
Establish and implement policies and procedures.
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
Evaluate and improve operational and financial performance.
Lead employee performance evaluations.
Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Resolve operational issues such as profit decline, staff conflicts, and competitive challenges.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager.
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management.
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in fine dining or casual dining concepts.
Strong knowledge of financial KPIs and restaurant performance metrics.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong leadership skills and team spirit.
Experience managing multicultural teams.
Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic fluency is a plus).
Strong product knowledge.
