Educational Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
Experience in similar role: Minimum 3 years

Age: 30 to 50 yrs
Language proficiency: English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred)
Major job responsibilities:
1. To plan operations and set up the facility for grand opening
2. To manage daily operations of the entire restaurant and bar
3. To plan and execute sales promotions
4. Manage the supplies, procurement
5. Coordinate advertising and marketing teams
6. Supervise customer relations to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
7. Increase business volume through innovative ideas.
8. Maintain accounts, cost optimization

Desired qualities:
Self driven, energetic, good communicator, leadership qualities, calm, caring, good customer network, team building abilities

Previous experience in managing similar establishments in Adliya block 338 or in Bahrain will be added benefit.

Salary will be according to experience plus attractive incentive on meeting monthly minimum sales target.
