Description

The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily operations of the restaurant to ensure excellent customer service, smooth workflow, and compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

The role supports staff training, shift management, and guest satisfaction to maintain a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Lead and motivate waiters, cashiers, and other service staff during shifts.

Assign duties and monitor staff performance to ensure smooth workflow.

Greet guests, handle reservations, and manage table allocations.

Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate food service.

Assist in inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing wastage.

Train new staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer handling.

Prepare shift reports, sales summaries, and feedback logs for management review.

Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand’s image positively.
