A restaurant in Bahrain is hiring an experienced Restaurant Supervisor with a valid Bahraini driving license.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or café
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Knowledge of hygiene, customer service, and shift management
- Must hold a valid Bahraini driving license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities include the following:

- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead and motivate staff across dining, kitchen, and delivery areas
- Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee cash handling and POS system accuracy
- Monitor stock levels, receive supplier deliveries, and manage inventory
- Maintain food quality and presentation standards
- Handle opening and closing procedures, including daily reports

Utilize driving license for:

- Emergency or scheduled deliveries
- Staff transportation or supplier visits
- Running errands related to operations
