Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Monitor food presentation, cleanliness, and service quality.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient order flow.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Oversee cash handling, end-of-day reports, and inventory as needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
Salary:-220-250 BD
