Fluent in English and Arabic (both speaking and writing)
Minimum 10 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of food and beverages
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Experience in staff training and scheduling
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
