Description
Job Role Summary:
To ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, providing a high standard of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning Duties:
Make beds and change linens.
Clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and showers.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
Replenish guest supplies like toiletries, towels, and mini-bar items.
Room Inspection:
Report any damages or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Check that all appliances and lights are in working order.
Guest Interaction:
Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
Respect guest privacy and belongings at all times.
Compliance:
Follow health and safety regulations.
Maintain security and confidentiality.
Adhere to hotel policies and cleaning protocols.
