Description
The Sales Person assists customers with purchases, provides product information, and ensures a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering inquiries, helping with product selection, and promoting sales and loyalty programs.
The Sales person also maintains store cleanliness, restocks merchandise, and organizes displays.
She processes transactions accurately using the POS system and handles customer issues professionally.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication skills, friendly demeanor, and ability to work well in a team.
Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
