PW International Contracting Company (PWI) is a growing manpower and contracting company in Saudi Arabia providing skilled and unskilled workforce solutions, project support services, and operational manpower to major clients across construction, telecom, industrial, facility management, and oil & gas sectors.

We are expanding our commercial team and looking for a results-driven Business Development / Sales Account Manager with strong experience in the Saudi market.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development / Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, securing manpower contracts, and driving revenue growth across KSA.

The ideal candidate must have strong connections within the Saudi market and a proven track record in manpower supply and contracting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in manpower supply and contracting
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and industry connections
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (HR, Procurement, Operations Managers)
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Manage key accounts and ensure high client satisfaction
• Coordinate internally with operations and HR for smooth manpower mobilization
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly sales reports

Requirements

✔ Minimum 5 years experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA market mandatory)
✔ Proven experience in manpower supply or contracting business
✔ Strong client database and market connections
✔ Experience in preparing quotations and contract negotiations
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔ Arabic & English proficiency preferred
✔ Valid Saudi driving license
✔ Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience dealing with large organizations and vendor registration processes
• Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and manpower mobilization processes
