Description

SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities:

Keeping track of sales records, including orders and invoices.
Compile documents such as sales reports and monitor sales efforts.
Process online, email and phone sales.
Ensure order and invoice accuracy.
Assisting with preparing and processing sales documents.
Perform customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries.
Manage order delivery timeliness.
Become experts on company products and service offerings.
Invoice clients and process payments.
Update databases and customer records.
Communicate customer feedback.
Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and finance.
Generating sales reports to analyze sales performance and trends.

Qualifications:

Philippine nationality.
Preferably female and within Saudi Arabia.
Transferrable iqama.
A bachelor’s degree holder.
Experienced of the said position is a must.
Expert in MS Office applications.
Excellent in English communication and writing skills
Experienced in database systems such as (i.e. ERP or SAP)
