Job Description— Sales Consultant:
As a sales consultant, you will play a key role in identifying potential clients, understanding their immigration goals, and offering the right solutions from our service portfolio. You will be the first point of contact and will guide clients through the initial stages of the immigration process.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively reach out to new and potential clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups

Provide accurate information about various immigration and visa programs

Schedule consultations and guide clients on the required documentation

Understand client profiles and suggest suitable immigration pathways

Meet monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records of all leads and conversions

Coordinate with the processing and documentation teams for smooth workflow

Build trust and long-term relationships with clients

Stay updated on changing immigration laws and program requirements

Requirements:

Filipino nationality is required

Previous experience in sales or immigration consultancy is a strong advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems

Confident, friendly, and customer-focused personality

Knowledge of immigration procedures (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.) is a plus
