Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will assist in managing client accounts, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in daily operations and client communications.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely deliveries.
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on pending issues.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and calls.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; other languages are a plus.
Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
