Description

Our Company is a fast-growing logistics and business solutions provider, committed to delivering excellence and innovation to our clients. We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the sales team in achieving targets and meeting client needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Handle client inquiries and follow up on leads promptly.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing sales documents.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support (preferably in logistics, retail, or FMCG).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
