Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive business growth.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales-related administrative tasks, coordinating between departments, preparing reports, processing orders, and ensuring effective communication with clients.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with order processing, proposals, and follow-ups

Coordinate internal and external communications related to sales activities

Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports

Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management

Schedule meetings, demos, and client appointments

Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients

Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Ability to and meet deadlines under pressure
