Description

Sales Coordinator:

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including managing customer inquiries, and processing orders.
• Coordinate and track customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
• Communicate with logistics and warehouse teams to confirm stock availability and shipping schedules.
• Process overseas import documentation such as Saber, B/L and liaise with overseas suppliers
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports to management and relevant teams.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships using a blend of conventional and hi-tech connectivity.
• Present reports on potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.
• Boost company revenue and achieve sales targets by taking appropriate measures into consideration.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
• Schedule and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Manage relationships with transportation providers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure service quality.

Requirements & SKILLS:

Diploma's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in sales coordination activities.
• Age 25-35
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to learn and adapt computer accounting software for invoice entries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers, sales team members.
• Familiar with import documentation and processes (Saber, B/L Release…Etc.)
• Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
• Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of import regulations.
• Package based on interview
• Transferable Iqama preferred
• Work experience in KSA or GCC is a MUST (Please don’t send your CV if you don’t meet this condition because we will not review it).
• This job is only for Junior sales coordinators with package SR. 3500 – 4500 Riyal.
