Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing sales activities, coordinating with clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation.
- Coordinate communication between clients and sales representatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Track sales leads and follow up as necessary.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, along with strong interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
