Description
Role Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact between our clients and the sales team, handling inquiries, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring smooth documentation and transaction follow-ups.
You will play a vital role in supporting sales operations, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring efficient communication between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination: Manage client inquiries, schedule property viewings, and provide timely follow-ups.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with document preparation, contract processing, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- CRM & Database Management: Update and maintain the client database, ensuring all leads and deals are tracked efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Handle sales-related documentation, including reservation agreements, sales and purchase agreements (SPA), and payment tracking.
- Liaison Role: Coordinate between sales, finance, legal, and marketing teams to ensure smooth transactions and effective communication.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, track KPIs, and update management on sales performance and client feedback.
Who We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years in a sales coordination or administrative role within the real estate sector.
Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Customer-Focused: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proactive & Solution-Oriented: Capable of working independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (Preferred): English proficiency is a must; Arabic is a plus.
