Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales cum Cashier to join our team at [Farm Name]. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in the overall operations of the farm store.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Cashier Duties:

Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit/debit card transactions accurately.

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Inventory Management:

Ensure that the sales area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
General Farm Support:

Participate in farm activities, such as picking produce or assisting with events as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic math skills and experience with cash handling.
