Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales Supervisor / Marketing Expert to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and have a good command of English. This is a hybrid role with a strong focus on sales performance and commission-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify and acquire new clients, focusing on the IT, telecom, and IoT sectors.
• Build strong relationships with government, corporate, and private sector clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements:
• Experience: Beginner to Intermediate level in sales or marketing.
• Language: Fluent in Arabic, with basic to intermediate English proficiency.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Availability: Flexible for hybrid work with travel if required.
• Salary & Commission: Competitive base salary + high-performance commission structure.
