Description

A Sales Executive in the Ready Mix Admixture industry is responsible for promoting and selling admixture products to construction companies, contractors, and other relevant businesses. This role involves understanding the specific needs of customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions. ?

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of admixture products, their applications, and benefits to effectively communicate their value proposition.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to customers, highlighting the unique selling points of admixture products and addressing their concerns.

Negotiation: Engage in effective negotiation to secure favorable terms and conditions for sales agreements.
Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales volumes and revenue, contributing to overall business planning.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or chemical industry.
