Description
Hawar Resort by Mantis, part of the Accor Group, is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive new business, strengthen client relationships, and support sustainable luxury hospitality on the Hawar Islands in Bahrain.
The role involves developing strategic sales plans, identifying market opportunities, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting negotiations, and collaborating with Marketing, Operations, and Revenue teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of hospitality sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage Corporate, Leisure, and MICE segments.
