Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi National with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably from a construction or civil engineering background, and strong exposure to B2B sales within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers

Promote company products/services to clients and prepare technical-commercial proposals

Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate client requirements

Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements
Saudi National (Male preferred)

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Construction / Mechanical or related field)

1–3 years of experience in sales within the construction or engineering industry (preferred)

Strong technical understanding of construction products or services

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build long-term client relationships

Valid Saudi driving license

Proficient in Arabic and English
