Description

Sales Executive is responsible to improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth with specific focus on Sales activities. This role involves engagement with customers by aggressively promoting the products / solutions and service contracts/Service Level Agreements ( SLA)/ Annual maintenance contracts while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

•Develop deep relationships with target prospects in focused geographic regions.
•Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling
value propositions.
•Coordinate with OEM’s/vendor’s/distributors & our own estimation team to deliver winning
proposals to customers.
•Develop sales strategies and unique value propositions and solutions for clients.
•Develop and manage a sales pipeline of 4 X sales target .
•Generate business inquiries through customer engagements and ensure that these are
converted to confirm orders/SLA’s through proper monitoring.
•Develop & maintain best practices in business communication.
•Adhere to the company’s Ethics & Compliance policies.
•Will be responsible for generating periodic sales related reports to the management.
•Will assist the immediate supervisor in building the sales and service team to ensure a
Customer Centric approach to meet or exceed business goals of the company.
•Timely completion of any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor and UL
management team.

Primary Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in selling ELV & IT integration projects /services contracts in the Saudi Arabian market..
Experience with the consultative sales approach in analyzing challenges of potential clients.

Additional Qualifications:

• Proposing and building relationships with C level executives
• Excellent oral and written communication skills & outstanding presentation skills
• Significant experience in targeted account sales strategies
• Ability to work closely with team members in strict timelines and delivery commitments.
• Demonstrated commitment to stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements within
the industry sectors and enterprise markets
• Experience with Sales pipeline reporting, forecasting and CRM tools
• Ability to travel extensively as required, primarily but not limited to the specified NA region
• College degree in IT required.
