Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals.
You will work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
Sales Presentations: Present and promote the company’s products or services to potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of agreements, close sales, and handle objections effectively.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous business growth.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
