Job Summary:

MDT Logistics is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Dammam & Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the Express logistics and freight forwarding.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Express and freight forwarding sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals successfully.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue performance.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience in Express & freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of logistics solutions, including Express, air, sea, and land freight.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Valid Saudi driving license is required.
