Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Interior Fit-Out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the commercial, hospitality, retail, corporate, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out market.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and client meetings.
Meet with clients to understand project requirements and provide suitable fit-out solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate project costing and execution.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve company targets.
Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
Follow up on submitted quotations and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in Interior Fit-Out, Furniture, Joinery, or Construction industry.
Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, manufacturing processes, and project execution.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing network of consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
Experience in joinery, custom furniture, and interior fit-out manufacturing.
