Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Executive – HORECA to expand our client base and drive sales within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling to hotels, restaurants, and caf?s, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Bahraini market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients.
Identify and target potential customers to expand the client base.
Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio to HORECA accounts.
Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitor activities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
Ensure timely delivery and proper after-sales service.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of sales, customer feedback, and market insights.
Work closely with logistics, finance, and customer service teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
3–4 years of experience in sales, specifically in the HORECA or FMCG sector.
Valid Bahrain driving license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
